Moves across the Valley
Phoenix is big enough that a move inside the city can cover more ground than a move between two East Valley towns. What makes a cross-Valley move go well is less about the miles and more about the clock: loading and driving outside rush hour on the I-10 and the US-60, and knowing before the day which end has the tighter access.

Condo and apartment buildings
Moving out of a building with a lobby and a shared elevator is its own kind of job. Most buildings want the freight elevator booked, a set window to use it, a certificate of insurance from the mover on file with management, and sometimes a loading dock that has to be reserved as well.
Give us the building name and the unit floor when you request a quote and we will work through the building's requirements before moving day. We are licensed and insured, which is what a property manager asks to see.
Ahwatukee and the south side
Ahwatukee sits right against Chandler and Tempe, closer to our usual routes than most of Phoenix, which makes it one of the easiest parts of the city for us to reach. Many homes there are in HOA communities with gates and rules about where a truck can park.

Packing and furniture on a Phoenix move
Everything is padded and wrapped before it goes on the truck, and furniture that has to come apart to leave a building or clear a tight hallway is taken down and put back together at the other end. If you want the whole place packed, or just the kitchen, we can do that too.
Longer drives across town are where careful loading matters most, so the truck is loaded to keep heavy pieces low and nothing free to shift.

Can you move me out of a condo building with a freight elevator?
